What is HTML Entity Encoder/Decoder?

HTML Entity Converter provides bidirectional conversion between raw characters and HTML entities. In Encode mode, it escapes reserved markup characters (&, <, >, ", ') into standard named HTML entities to prevent Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and malformed markup. In Decode mode, it translates named entities (©, €), decimal numeric entities (©), and hexadecimal entities (©) back into readable characters.

How to use HTML Entity Encoder/Decoder

 1. 1Select Encode to escape special characters, or Decode to convert entities back to text.
 2. 2Paste your HTML snippet or text into the input field.
 3. 3Review the converted output in the output panel and click Copy to clipboard.
